Shipping
At Orbea, we work to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient and secure way possible. You can choose from several delivery options:
Shipping options
- Pick up at an Orbea dealer (mandatory for bicycles and external batteries): You can choose to pick up your order at an authorized collection point. Your trusted dealer will take care of the assembly, necessary adjustments, a free inspection, and warranty management.
- Home delivery: Receive your order directly at the address you provide.
Shipping costs
- Shipping is free for purchases over €80.
- For purchases under €80, shipping costs of €9.50 will be applied.
Delivery Times
At Orbea, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
- In some cases, we may not be able to meet these delivery dates, and we reserve a grace period to handle possible contingencies. In any case, you will be informed of any delay.
- You can track your order at any time from My Account > Orders.
Order Tracking
You can check and track the status of your order from your account. The possible order statuses are as follows:
Confirmed
Your order has been successfully registered in our system and confirmed by Orbea.com. We will begin processing it shortly to send it to the selected address.
Cancelled
While your order remains in CONFIRMED status, you can easily cancel it from the “My Account” > “Orders” section. Once you request the cancellation, the status will automatically change to CANCELLED.
If you did not request the cancellation and your order appears as CANCELLED, this may be due to various reasons (for example, stock or processing issues). In that case, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team at: orbea.eu@orbea.com
Shipped – Tracking
Your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, and delivery will take place at the indicated address within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
In-store Pickup
If your order is shipped to a Click & Collect point, the store will contact you to coordinate the pickup. In any case, the shipping confirmation email will include the contact details of the selected store.
If you have chosen in-store pickup, please bring the following documents when collecting your order:
- A copy of your purchase confirmation.
- Your personal identification document.
If you are unable to collect it yourself, you must also provide a signed authorization allowing another person to collect the order on your behalf.
Direct home delivery
Available for all products except bicycles and batteries.
Your order has left our warehouse, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery will take place at the address you provided within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Return request
Once you have received your order and wish to make a return, go to your personal account, access the Orders section, open the order details, select the item(s) you wish to return, and confirm the return request.
You will receive an email confirming your return request and explaining the process to follow.

Return Status – Accepted / Rejected
Once we receive the product, we will verify that it meets the required conditions: unused, in the same condition as delivered, with original tags and stickers intact.
If these conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the product does not meet these requirements, the return may be rejected, and we will inform you of the reason.
