At Orbea, we work to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient and secure way possible. You can choose from several delivery options:
Shipping options
- Pick up at an Orbea dealer (mandatory for external batteries): You can choose to pick up your order at an authorized collection point.

Home delivery through an authorized dealer (bicycles): Within approximately 5–7 business days, your order will arrive at the authorized dealer you selected. The dealer will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate the delivery, which will take place within a maximum of 48 hours after the details have been confirmed.
The dealer will handle the delivery under the agreed conditions. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the delivery process when they are beyond our direct management.
When the dealer delivers the order to the agreed address, you will simply need to present a valid personal identification document to verify that you are the purchaser.

*Taxes will always be applied based on the location to which Orbea ships the products. In the case of a bicycle, the tax location will be considered to be the address of the selected dealer.
*For home delivery through an authorized dealer, the customer will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Delivery Times
At Orbea, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
- In some cases, we may not be able to meet these delivery dates, and we reserve a grace period to handle possible contingencies. In any case, you will be informed of any delay.
- You can track your order at any time from My Account > Orders.
Order Tracking
You can check and track the status of your order from your account. The possible order statuses are as follows:
Confirmed
Your order has been successfully registered in our system and confirmed by Orbea.com. We will begin processing it shortly to send it to the selected address.
Cancelled
While your order remains in CONFIRMED status, you can easily cancel it from the “My Account” > “Orders” section. Once you request the cancellation, the status will automatically change to CANCELLED.
If you did not request the cancellation and your order appears as CANCELLED, this may be due to various reasons (for example, stock or processing issues). In that case, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team at: orbea.usa@orbea.com
Home delivery through an authorized dealer (bicycles)
When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and will be able to track it through the My Account section on our website.
Within 5 to 7 business days, your order will arrive at the authorized dealer you selected. The dealer will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate delivery, which will take place within a maximum of 48 hours once the details are confirmed.
The dealer will be responsible for delivering the order under the agreed conditions. Orbea is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the delivery process beyond our direct control.
Upon receiving the order, you will simply need to present a valid personal identification document to verify that you are the purchaser.
Return request
Once you have received your order and wish to make a return, go to your personal account, access the Orders section, open the order details, select the item(s) you wish to return, and confirm the return request.
You will receive an email confirming your return request and explaining the process to follow.

Return Status – Accepted / Rejected
Once we receive the product, we will verify that it meets the required conditions: unused, in the same condition as delivered, with original tags and stickers intact.
If these conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the product does not meet these requirements, the return may be rejected, and we will inform you of the reason.
