Crash Replacement Policy

In case of a crack or breakage of the frame due to external causes not attributable to manufacturing defects, Orbea offers a discount for the purchase of a new similar frame under the following conditions:

From 0 to 12 months after purchase: 50% discount off the retail price (RRP).
From 13 to 24 months after purchase: 40% discount off the RRP.
From 25 to 36 months after purchase: 30% discount off the RRP.

Terms and Conditions

Bicycles must be registered within one (1) month from the date of purchase. When requesting the service, the user must present the purchase invoice together with proof of identity.

The purchase option will always be for a frame similar or equivalent to the damaged one, and labor costs related to assembly of the frame or fork will be borne by the user. This purchase option is subject to the return or destruction of the damaged frame.

Orbea will manage frame shipment. If the process is not carried out through the original dealer, the company reserves the right to decide whether to cover shipping costs. Spare parts are not included in this coverage, but Orbea will provide a detailed quotation for any necessary replacements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orbea shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, extraordinary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, whether under warranty claim, contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal cause, even if Orbea has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This clause does not affect the rights granted to the user under consumer protection legislation.
